About Drew County Criminal History

Criminal records in Drew County are split among the Drew County Sheriff's Office, Drew County Circuit Court, the 28th State District Court in Monticello, the Arkansas Crime Information Center, Arkansas State Police, Arkansas Department of Corrections, and the Arkansas Sex Offender Registry. This site organizes those channels so a reader can tell whether to start with a local court, the sheriff's office, ARCH, Search ARCourts, VINE, or another official source.

Why We Built This Site

Arkansas offers several public record paths, but Drew County records do not all sit in one database. The sheriff's office handles deputy reports, jail and booking questions, and the OCV inmate feed. Felony case files route through Circuit Clerk Beverly Burks at 210 S. Main Street, while most Drew County misdemeanors are handled by the 28th State District Court at 107 E. Jackson Street. Statewide criminal history checks run through Arkansas Criminal History (ARCH) and Arkansas State Police channels under the Arkansas Criminal Records Act / Act 1185 of 2015, Ark. Code Ann. 12-12-1501 et seq., and registry checks run through the Arkansas Sex Offender Registry. We built this site to keep those routes clear without blending them into one unofficial record.

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Arkansas court, sheriff's office, police department, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:

  • We cannot run an official background check or pull a criminal record for anyone
  • We cannot file sealing petitions, records requests, or any other paperwork on your behalf
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any criminal record, court document, or rap sheet
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific charge or case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed for Drew County or Arkansas offices is current right now

Only the issuing agency, such as the sheriff, a Drew County court, Arkansas State Police, or ACIC, can provide an official copy of a criminal record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from that office.

Search Partners

Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results.
