NO FCRA USE. This website is privately owned and run. It has no affiliation with any local, state, or federal government body. Registry data exists for public safety awareness and lawful community notification, not for threats, retaliation, or vigilante action.

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate official background checks, consumer reports, or Arkansas criminal history reports. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:

  • Make any decision regulated by the FCRA
  • Create or assemble a consumer report
  • Represent third-party search results as an official Arkansas criminal history
  • Bypass Arkansas State Police, ACIC, ARCH, Search ARCourts, or the court that holds the official file
  • Use registry information in a way Arkansas law prohibits

For an official Arkansas criminal history product, use Arkansas Criminal History (ARCH), Arkansas State Police background-check channels, or the court or agency that maintains the original record.
