Records may also be sealed under Ark. Code Ann. 16-90-1401 et seq. or amended later, so an old copy can misstate a person's current legal status. Before relying on a record, verify the disposition with the originating agency, such as the court that heard the case, the Drew County Sheriff's Office, Arkansas State Police, or ACIC.
Treat every record you find as a starting point, not a verdict. Only the originating agency can confirm what a record currently says and whether it is still releasable.
